We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from simplyWORKOUT. If you are not completely happy with your new gear, please follow the instructions below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to return or exchange a product: 1. Products must be postmarked within 28 days of receipt of purchase. 2. Original and/or simplyWORKOUT tags must remain attached. 3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, clean and with original packaging.
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on our products that have not been worn or having labels removed.
When you receive your order ensure that you are wearing underwear when you first try on the item and that the product does not come into contact with any hair products, make up or nail polish. Remove any jewelry including earrings, rings or necklaces that may catch and snag the fabric of the product.
Items including socks, decals, water bottles, hair accessories, and as marked 50% off sale items are considered final sale. We can offer exchange or credit, but cannot offer a refund. Must meet all other return conditions (see above). This applies to both U.S. and International orders.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE (within US)-
Submit your request via here to notify us of your exchange or return. Once we authorize the return/exchange process, we will email you with details on how to send the items back to us. Shipping fees for the return will be your responsibility ($4). Exchanges are free.
Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return or exchanged items. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have mailed it. Once your package is received, your exchange, credit or refund shall begin to be processed.
The refund will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account which customers used to purchase their items. You may be issued a store credit upon request. Please note, SimplyWORKOUT cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE (International orders)
Submit your request via here to notify us of your exchange or return.
Please note, we do not offer free International returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered. Any packages returned must have a valid international tracking number.
simplyWORKOUT cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
Please be reminded to indicate on the package that the items are intended "for exchange". Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.
Please note - if you wish to make an exchange on any full priced items, we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.
Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
Cancelled orders of shipped items due to refusal of acceptance on incoming tax charges will only be refunded the full price of the garments, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase.
If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will refund you for the total amount of your purchase excluding shipping charges.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by simplyWORKOUT, however, please allow 15 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return. We cannot offer full refunds on SALE, BUNDLES, or purchases made using a discount code. Instead, we can offer an exchange or a store credit based on the purchased value.
Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
