  • Which size should I order?

  • I forgot my password to login to my account.  How can I regain access?

To retrieve your password, click the "Forgot my password" on the Login page. You will then be able to enter your email address and receive your password.

  • I received a defective item.

If you received a defective item, please contact us immediately.

Introductory offers are valid for first-time email subscribers and first-time simplyWORKOUT customers. This discount code is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promos. Some items are ineligible.

  • Why was my credit card declined?

Most declined transactions are the result of some information being entered incorrectly. Please confirm your address, credit card number, expiration date, and cvv2 number before attempting to place the order again. If you have moved or changed addresses recently, you may wish to try using your prior address in the Billing Address field. If all information in our systems is accurate, please contact your credit card company and confirm the address that is listed for the primary account holder. Only a small percentage of transactions are declined due to credit card balance concerns.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

We offer quantity discounts on many of our products! A bulk order is defined as any single item with a quantity of 6 or more units. 

  • When will my refund be processed?

Refunds usually take a maximum of 7-14 business days to post from the time we process your item(s), but this is dependent upon your bank's policy. Check with your financial institution for accurate information regarding their hold times for funds deposited back to your account.



a) You will receive a link to further process your return order. The $5.00 cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
b) If you choose to ship your return via another method, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured method such as USPS with Delivery Confirmation, Insured Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL.  Use the return address printed on the packing slip found inside your order.
Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs to our facility are $4 per package if you choose to generate a Return Label from simplyWORKOUT. The $4 fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your return.

  • How will I know my refund has been processed?
As soon as your return package is received and processed you will be notified via email.
In addition to the transit time from your location to our facility, we ask that you please allow 2-6 business days for our staff to check in the return after it has been delivered. If you have any questions please contact us.


  • Where do you ship from?

Our fulfillment centers are located in San Diego, CA.

  • When will my order be shipped and which methods of shipment are available?

  • My order never arrived or my tracking status says delivered, but I never received my package.

If your packages show a status of "Delivered" or if the delivery window has passed and you do not have the package at your shipping address, please contact customer service for assistance.   In many cases, we've found the USPS has prematurely updated their shipping status but haven't actually delivered the packaged.  Typically in a few days, it does show up.

  • An item is missing from my shipment.

If you have ordered an item which ships from another location it will be shipped separately. Some large/heavy items may also ship separately.  If all of your items shipped from our warehouse and what you have received does not match your packing list, please contact our customer service center so that we may assist you.

  • When will I get my order?
Usually, orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process before being shipped, unless otherwise marked for Pre-Orders. In most cases, it only takes a couple business days to process your order. However, there are some cases where processing may take longer than expected (you will be contacted if there is any delay in the order). This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
    Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
