Wine for Days: Fall’s Favorite Hue
Posted on October 26 2016
A little merlot goes a long way, and not only at happy hour. We are talking about one of the hottest color families this Fall and Winter. Think deep, rich burgundy, wine-colored hues that offer some warmth to offset the typical blacks and grays that are always popular during the colder months.
Here are a few of our favorite Wine essentials that we’ve scoped out for your wardrobe.
- Strut This – Eggplant Camo. Camo leggings are always best sellers, but we love the gorgeous take on a classic that doesn’t go out of style. The burgundy camo is contrasted with black paneling on the sides and at the ankle – elongating the leg. ($82)
- Vie Active – Rockell Leggings – Black Cherry Ombré. A “bad ombré” is never a good thing. <insert political joke here>. Thankfully, these Vie Active leggings are ombré at its best. We love the gradient of deep merlot to a light rosé for some beautiful depth. ($98)
- Noli – Allegra leggings. Pairing with a couple other of the hottest trends for Fall and Winter – shine and colour-blocking, these Allegra leggings are absolutely on point. The diagonal colour-block is slimming for the hips and thighs, and the metallic sheen add a little bit of edge and sexiness. ($88)
